Steve is also beginning work on his next album "Longplay Record" that will be released in September 2007 and will coincide with his second tour of Ireland!

• Autumn Update 2006

Steve traveled to Ireland for 2 weeks with his friend Alicia Corbett and her band Tea and Sympathy. They've toured Ireland over 10 times, and invited Steve along to perform with the band as well as doing a few of his own songs. The tour was a great success and there are plans to go back in the fall of '07! Thank you to Des and Eric and everyone that was involved in making it a fun, unforgettable trip.

Steve is also busy working on his 3rd album, Longplay Record, which will be released in the Spring of '07. In the meantime he is also putting together an acoustic album that will only be available through this website. Look for it in November.

• 1/3/05: New Year Updates

Production for the next album has begun! Recording begins up in Pete Weiss' new VT Studio (weissy.com) with Jeff Berlin and Bow Thayer. Look for a new release in June.

• 11/7/04: Germany Tour

I will be touring Germany for the month of December with the very talented singer/songwriter Todd Thibaud.

• 8/2/04: Summer Update

"I've been busy this summer with some exciting projects: with my home studio improving, I've been able to start work on my next album with the talented help of Jeff Berlin, Jimmy Ryan and Bow Thayer; also, I've begun a collaborative trio album with Boris McCutcheon and Tim Gearan that I will be selling exclusively on my website. Look for that in the fall. I also recently recorded with Aretha Taylor (niece of James) for a possible release in the the new year. The gigs have also been exciting: Bow Thayer in Vermont, Boris McCutcheon in Boston as well as sitting in with Jimmy Ryan, David Johnston, Todd Thibaud and the Mercy Brothers. Look for a new Mayone album in '05, with a possible tour to the Netherlands."
